The Calgary and Area Real Estate Outlook for 2017 2017 looks like the year of stability for the Calgary and Area real estate market.  The economic indicators for Alberta along with the real estate numbers show we are “bouncing along the bottom” and 2017 should bring us some stability to the numbers.
